About Our Event Space for Rent
Sierra Doula Academy offers a versatile 900 square foot rental space in the Arden area of Sacramento, CA along with a separate private consultation room or office. Centrally located, the space provides convenient access to major highways, nearby restaurants, and local lodging.
The main room is designed to feel warm and inviting, with a comfortable, living room style layout that includes sofas, armchairs, cushioned floor seating, and soft accents throughout. It comfortably accommodates 14 to 20 guests and can support larger groups depending on the setup and type of event. This space works well for classes, trainings, speaking engagements, workshops, and community gatherings.

Yes. We offer free onsite parking and free street parking. There is also a nearby public lot. Guests are asked to park in the rear lot or on the street first to keep front spaces available for neighboring businesses.
The space is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Events must conclude by 10:00 PM.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellations made 90 days or more before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations between 90 and 14 days receive a 50 percent refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. A short grace period applies shortly after booking confirmation.
